     1 .Collection and Processing of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

Personal data (Data of identity, Communication Data, Financial Data, Sensitive Personal Data, Data of Education, Audiovisual Data, Data of Employee Performance and Development, Data of Work) that you will share when you apply for a job via Human Resources Platforms or Human Resources companies or by applying directly to our company, (from our website depixen.com or Depixen e-mail address hr@depixen.com) online or directly with your printed document or other online methods or, will be collected electronically or handwritten by automatic or non-automatic methods. With software, websites, and such-like tools.

We will protect the Personal Data you share from the date of your application for 12 months. Your data will be destructed if our company will not use the option to sign a labor contract with you. In case of using the option to sign a labor contract, your data will be processed and protected until the assumed legal term within the scope of the signed Personal Data Protection Law Employee Clarification Text and the legislation will be terminated.

Your collected personal data will be processed within the conditions and purposes for processing personal data stated in the fifth (5th) and sixth (6th) articles of Personal Data Protection Law to perform an employment contract when business contract concluded between employer and employee by our company to conduct recruitment processes, Working on operating essential recruitment processes and conducting related work processes by respective departments, planning and executing required strategies, providing legal certainty, technical and work safety-security, evaluation of conformity for working with our company, conducting Human Resources policies, compliance, productivity and tendency for work.

 

    2. To Whom and For Which Purposes The Processed Personal Data May be Transferred

Your collected personal data will be transferred to relevant employees and decision-makers, business partners, shareholders, suppliers,  authorized public institutions, businesses within the conditions and purposes  for

processing personal data stated in the eighth (8th) and ninth (9th) articles of Personal Data Protection Law to perform an employment contract when employment contract concluded between employer and employee by our company to conduct recruitment processes, Working on operating essential recruitment processes and conducting related work processes by respective departments, planning and implementing required strategies, providing legal certainty, technical and work safety-security, evaluation of conformity for working with our company, conducting Human Resources policies, compliance, productivity and tendency for work or performing an employment contract when it is concluded between employer and employee, to fulfill compulsory legal statements.

As occasion requires, the data we get with the methods mentioned below;

• Within our corporate relations or employment relationship;

• By processing with a limited certain level and in connection with purposes

• By Keeping your data accuracy of content up to date as it ever reported to us

We will be recording, storing, protecting, altering, adapting, transferring, retrieving, and sharing with bodies that are legitimately authorized to request these personal data. Also, following Personal Data Protection, every action mentioned above including transferring, assigning, and categorizing with third parties is probable throughout the agreement.

     4.Personal Data Owner eleventh (11th) article of Personal Data Protection Law

As a personal data owner, your requests upon your rights will conclude in thirty days (30) at the latest (according to the qualification of demand) when it will be delivered to our company comprising edited procedures stated below in the Clarification text regarding your job application.

However, our company will charge  fees by Personal Data Protection Council if necessary

Within this scope, Personal Data Owners have the right to;

• to learn whether his/her data are processed or not,

• to demand information as to if his/her data have been processed,

• to learn the purpose of the processing of his/her data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose,

• to know the third parties to whom his data are transferred in-country or abroad,

• to request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data and within this scope, if any, to request reporting of the operations carried out to third parties to whom his/her data have been transferred,

• Despite being processed in compliance with the provisions of Turkish Personal Data Protection  Law and other relevant laws, personal data shall be erased, destructed, or anonymized by the data controller, ex officio or on the request of the data subject, if the reasons for the processing no longer exist.

• to object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,

• to claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of his/her data.

 

Within the scope of stated rights mentioned above including the first (1st) paragraph of the thirteenth (13th), you can transmit your request for exercising your rights to our company by writing or other procedures stated by Personal Data Protection Council

It is possible to transmit your request “ to the data controller in written form or registered electronic post address, secured electronic signature, mobile signature or through using the electronic address which has registered by the related individual to data controller’s system before and aforementioned to the data controller or by way of applications or software that had developed to Serve upon this purpose.

 

Within the scope of the legislation, it is required to transmit your application in written form or with your registered electronic post address. Within this framework, ways and methods of applications to our company within the scope of the eleventh (11th)

article of Personal Data Protection Law is defined below.
